Dispatch

Orders within the Netherlands and Belgium are usually delivered within 1 to 3 working days, subject to possible delays at PostNL. Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email from PostNL with a link to your track & trace code.


From October 16, 2019, PostNL will no longer make a second delivery attempt. Instead, packages that cannot be delivered on the first delivery attempt are immediately taken to the nearest PostNL location. The package will be kept there for 5 working days. Please note that if your package is returned to us, you will be responsible for shipping costs.


Returns Policy


Although we would like to claim that you never make a wrong purchase at Abeille Fashion, we realize that we must remain realistic. That is why returns are no problem at all.

Within 14 days of receiving your order, you can send your return (at your own expense and in the original packaging) to the address stated on the package. Please remember to include a note with your order number and whether you would like to return or exchange. If you would like to exchange, please indicate which product, color and size you would like to receive instead of the returned item. Make sure you always keep your PostNL Track & Trace receipt until your return has been processed.


As soon as we have received your return shipment, we will refund the amount to the specified account number within 14 days. In the event of a partial return of your order, shipping costs of €8.50 within the Netherlands and €9.90 within the EU will be charged if no shipping costs were paid at the time of purchase.


IMPORTANT: Sale items, skirts and dresses can be exchanged for another product or size. Don't forget to include your order number and the desired product or size change on a note.


    The item must be returned in unworn and undamaged condition.


    Please handle makeup with care as items with makeup stains will not be accepted for return.


    The costs of return shipping are borne by the sender. Returns that fall outside the 14 day period will not be accepted. No exceptions are made to the above conditions.


    Important: If you decide to return a damaged item with stains or outside the return period, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping. To avoid additional charges, it is advisable to follow the return policy.
